Agent Logged Local Time Incorrectly (44204)

Symptom:

The Web Agent incorrectly logged local time even if the LogLocalTime parameter was set to No in the AgentConfig Object.

Note: This issue affected the IIS 6.0 and Apache 2.0 Agents.

Solution:

The Web Agent now logs local time correctly.
