SAML Request for Assertion Retrieval

Look for the document cs-sst-schema-protocol-01.xsd.

A SAML artifact is an 42-byte number that uniquely identifies an assertion. The artifact contains these elements:

• Type code
• Source ID
• Assertion Handle

This is a sample request for assertion retrieval:
