Rule Items Dialog Fields and Controls

Current Members list

Lists global rules that are in the global policy.

Available Members list

Lists all available global rules. Move items from this list to the Current Members list to add them to the rule group.

Note: You can select multiple rules and rule groups by holding the CTRL or SHIFT key and clicking on items in one of the Members lists. When you select multiple items and click one of the Arrow buttons, all of the selected items are moved to the other list.

Arrow buttons

Move selected entries from one list to the other:

Left Arrow button

Moves selected items from the Current Members list to the Available Members list.

Right Arrow button

Moves selected items from the Available Members list to the Current Members list.

Search button

The following button allows you to use a search filter when looking for a global rule in the Available Members list.

When you click the Search button, the space to the left of the button displays the Filter field.

Enter a string in the Filter field. Click Go and the items displayed in the Available Members list will be limited according to the string you entered. Click All to show all global rules. Click the button with the two arrows to return to the default state of the dialog.

Previous/Next/All buttons

When there are enough global rules to require multiple pages of information, the previous and next buttons page through the available items.
