Navigate to the Post Variable Editor Dialog

How you access the Post Variable Editor Dialog in the Policy Server User Interface depends on your administrative privileges.

To navigate to the Post Variable Editor Dialog

1. Do one of the following:

   If you have the Manage System and Domain Objects privilege.

   • In the Object pane, click on the Domains tab.
   • Expand the policy domain in which you want to create a variable by clicking on the + symbol to the left of the policy domain icon.

   You have the Manage Domain Objects privilege.

   • In the Object pane, expand the policy domain in which you want to create a variable by clicking on the + symbol to the left of the policy domain icon.
2. Click on the + symbol to the left of the Variables entry to expand the list of variable types.
3. Select the Form Post Variables entry.
4. From the menu bar, select Edit, Create Variable.
