LDAP Setup Dialog Prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be met in order to successfully configure failover and load balancing of LDAP user directories in the LDAP Setup Dialog:

• Your SiteMinder administrator account must have the Manage System and Domain Objects privilege.
• Network Connectivity

  All systems that contain directories for failover and load balancing must be accessible from the system where the Policy Server is installed. From the Policy Server system, ping the systems that contain the user directories.
