Before You Begin

Verify that the following requirements are met:

• You have Crystal Reports 9.0 Developer and Crystal Reports 9.0 Application Server installed, as you will need this software to modify and run the SiteMinder reports.
• For Crystal Reports, apply the Crystal Enterprise 9 Database and Export Drivers Monthly Hot Fix (MHF) update, CE90DBEXWIN_EN.ZIP.
