Add a Confidence Level to a Policy

You add a confidence level to a policy to apply the results of a risk evaluation to an authorization decision.

To add a confidence level to a policy

  1. In the Policy Dialog, click the Advanced tab.

    The Advanced tab appears.

  2. Enter a name for the active expression and click Edit.

    The SiteMinder Active Policy Editor screen appears.

  3. Do the following:
    1. Enter the following library name:

      smriskactiveexpr

    2. Enter the following function name:

      CheckConfidenceLevel

    3. Enter a confidence level in the Function Parameters field. A valid value is 1-1000.
  4. Click OK.

    The Advanced tab appears.

  5. Click OK.
