Policy Server Performance Degradation for LDAP Transactions Where Enhanced LDAP Referral Handling is Configured (111031/112570)

Symptom:

Policy Server performance is degraded for LDAP transactions for user stores where enhanced LDAP referral handling is configured.

Solution:

This issue has been fixed. In addition, the description of the SiteMinder Policy Management GetUserContext() method in the r6.0 SP6 SiteMinder Developer's Guide for C has been updated to include a note about clearing memory to avoid any potential Policy Server performance degradation.
