'smpolicysrv -starttrace' command returns error after upgrade to CR-31 (101174)

Valid on Solaris 9

Symptom:

After upgrading a Solaris 9 v6.0 SP5 CR-27 Policy Server to CR-31, running the 'smpolicysrv -starttrace' command generates the following error message in the SMPS.log;

[CServer.cpp:6518][ERROR] Error 2 waiting for server management messages.
Error text: No such file or directory

Solution:

This issue is fixed.
