Error When Recovering from Failover (101921)

When Policy Servers are configured for failover and a Policy Server fails, the Web Agent traffic intended for the failed Policy Server is automatically routed to the next Policy Server specified in the failover configuration. When the original Policy Server becomes available, Web Agent traffic should be rerouted back to the original Policy Server. However, in some situations Web Agents do not correctly fail-back to the original Policy Server.
