Priority Threads Repeat Dequeue Calls and Messages (87430)

Symptom:

Priority threads repeat dequeue calls and when tracing is enabled, dequeue messages.

Solution:

This problem is no longer an issue. The dequeue messages output to the trace log now include the following content:

• Dequeuing a Normal Priority message.
• Dequeuing a High Priority message.
