GetName Method—Retrieves Variable Name

The GetName method retrieves the user-defined variable name.

Syntax

The GetName method has the following format:

Netegrity::PolicyMgtVariable‑>GetName()

Parameters

The GetName method accepts no parameters.

Return Value

The GetName method returns one of the following values:

• variable_name (string)
• undef if the call is unsuccessful
