Enable Nested Security

The Policy Server Modify Global Tools pane in the Administrative UI lets you enable and disable the nested security, which provides backwards compatibility for older versions of SiteMinder.

To enable the nested security option

1. Log into the Administrative UI.
2. Click Administration, Policy Server, Global Tools.

   The Global Tools pane opens.

3. Select the Enable Nested Security checkbox.
4. Click Submit.

   The Policy Server enables nested security.
