IPv6 TCP/IP Support

When configuring SiteMinder objects in the [insert SiteMinder version number] Administrative UI, you can enter both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

Note the following IPv6 considerations:

• IPv6 support is not available when the Policy Server is operating in 5.x/r12 or 6.x/r12 mixed-mode.
• SiteMinder IPv6 support relies on operating system, Web server, directory server, and database support of IPv6. If all of these components in your environment support IPv6, SiteMinder supports IPv6.
