configssl.bat Error Message (CQ141671/CQ141685)

Symptom:

When I run the configssl.bat file on my Agent for SharePoint, the following error message appears:

The system cannot find the file specified. : No installed service named "SiteMinder Secure Proxy".

Solution:

As a workaround, do the following steps:

  1. Open the configssl.bat file with a text editor.
  2. Change all instances of SiteMinder Secure Proxy to SiteMinderAgentforSharePoint
  3. Save your changes to the file, and then close the text editor.
  4. Run the updated configssl.bat file.
