Value for requestblocksize or responseblocksize Parameters (CQ 132705)

When either the requestblocksize or responseblocksize parameter in the server.conf file is set to a value of zero, the browser hangs, and there is no log message. The acceptable values for these parameters are 1KB to approximately 352000 KB.
