SPS Leaking Resources (100539)

Symptom:

The SPS was leaking resources over time with load and would eventually stop handling traffic.

Solution:

The SPS now properly releases socket connections when the load stops. A new parameter, worker.ajp13.connection_pool_timeout has been added to the server.conf file.
