Change Management Process Definition Example

This example demonstrates how the Change Management Process Definition manages change orders using the following ITIL v3 guidelines:

• Risk assessment
• Conflict and impact analysis
• Approvals by both the Change Manager and the CAB
• Implementation assessment and review
