CA Business Intelligence installs a set of predefined Knowledge Management reports. These reports are automatically deployed to the BusinessObjects reporting server after the CA Service Desk Manager installation.
The reports are developed with either BusinessObjects Web Intelligence or Crystal Reports. Authorized users can display reports on the CA Service Desk Manager Reports Tab.
