Stop a Server (UNIX)

You can stop a primary or secondary CA Service Desk Manager server in a UNIX environment.

To stop a CA Service Desk Manager server in a UNIX environment

1. Close all CA Service Desk Manager clients.
2. Stop the server by running the pdm_halt utility.

   The server is stopped.
