Show Recent Data Only

When a CI has many snapshots or relationships, you can select only the most recent versioning data to reduce the time that it takes to display. The “Load Recent Data Only?” message signals the display limit, and you can proceed as follows:

• Click Cancel to display all the data.
• Click OK to display only the most recent snapshots in both Basic and Advanced views.

  Note: History that shows the MDR, Last-Changed-By, and user ID are not displayed for snapshots that were bypassed. Snapshots for dates before CA CMDB r12.5 installation can be missing MDR and Last-Changed-By information.
