View Configuration Item History

You can view a configuration item's history.

To view a configuration item's history

1. Search for and open the configuration item.

   The Configuration Item Detail page appears.

2. Click the Versioning tab.

   The Versioning page appears.

3. Click Show Log.

   The configuration item history is listed.

   Note: Show Log ignores the left pane selections.
