Several KPIs of each type are installed with CA Service Desk Manager. You may find it useful to examine them while reading this guide.
You can use the predefined Stored Query and SQL KPIs with their original definitions, or as models for your custom definitions.
You can use the predefined System KPIs with their original definitions, or modify some of their fields to meet your needs.
Note: Most of the predefined KPIs are set to inactive status by default. To view them in the web interface, filter the KPI List page to display inactive KPIs.
