CA Service Desk Manager r12.5 supports a number of web browsers. CA supports each web browser for the duration of its lifecycle (as determined by its manufacturer) or until CA announces that we no longer support it.
Note: On older browsers, an additional blank window can appear when you view attachments, and you have to close this window manually.
CA CMDB Visualizer requires a supported browser with Adobe Flash Player 9 or 10. If you use Visualizer with the Firefox browser, the F11 key is inactive when any Flash object has focus.
