Support Automation End-User Workstation Requirements

The following requirements must be met or exceeded on the end-user workstation for Support Automation to run properly:

• Pentium 133 PC
• 32 MB RAM
• 800 x 600 minimum display resolution
• TCP/IP compatible network
• 56 Kbps modem connection (broadband preferred)
• Internet connection with the minimum ability to make outgoing connections on port 80
