CA IT PAM System Requirements

The following information lists the system requirements for integrating CA IT PAM with CA Service Desk Manager:

• CA IT PAM r2.2 software. As a best practice, we recommend that you install CA IT PAM and CA Service Desk Manager on separate servers.
• TCP/IP compatible network
• CA EEM r8.4 authentication server for multi-tenancy. CA EEM is optional for installations without multi-tenancy.
