Oracle Environment Variables

Set Oracle environment variables before you install or migrate CA Service Desk Manager as follows:

• Verify that the ORACLE_HOME variable is set correctly.
• Include the 32-bit Oracle libraries—commonly $ORACLE_HOME/lib32 for 64-bit Oracle—in the library path variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH (LIBPATH on AIX).
