CA IT PAM lets you track hardware and software administration tasks in enterprise IT environments. Coupled with the ability to automate tasks, CA IT PAM manages user interactions, such as approvals and notifications for compliance and accuracy within production environments. These features make CA IT PAM an ideal candidate for workflow management throughout the IT organization.
From CA Service Desk Manager, users select tickets with a CA IT PAM process instance. Users can log on to the CA IT PAM server to view and approve workflow tasks. When the status of the CA IT PAM process instance changes, the information appears on the ticket Workflow Tasks tab.
