Analyst Enhancements
The CA Service Desk Manager Analyst interface is enhanced in the following ways:
- Each column name in the first row of the CA Service Desk Manager Search List pages includes a sort option that lets users sort any of these columns in ascending or descending order. You can enable or disable sorting of columns on list forms using the List Designer in Web Screen Painter.
- Users can export list results to Excel for use outside of CA Service Desk Manager by clicking the Export button on the search list forms. You can perform the following actions to manage the exported files:
- Limit the number of rows to export using the Export_Max_Fetch_Rows option in Options Manager.
- Specify export properties to control the format and header information for any columns in the list using the List Designer in Web Screen Painter.
