Stop a Server (Windows)

You can stop a primary or secondary CA Service Desk Manager server in a Windows environment.

To stop a CA Service Desk Manager server in a Windows environment

1. Select Services from the Control Panel.

   The Services window appears.

2. Select the service you want to stop, and click Stop:
   • CA Service Desk Manager Server

     Controls the primary server.

   • CA Service Desk Manager Remote Proctor

     Controls a secondary server.

   The server is stopped.
