Select and Configure your Database

You can select the database and configure it for CA Service Desk Manager use.

To select and configure a database

  1. Select the database from the Database Type drop-down list and click Next.

    The configuration page for the selected database appears.

  2. Enter the database information on the database configuration page and click Next.

    Your database configuration is complete.

    Note: Use the Help button on this page to get configuration information about the fields for the selected database.
