For CA SDM, consider the following:

The CA Business Intelligence installation installs r3.2, which includes Service Pack 3 (SP3). We highly recommend that you upgrade the CA Business Intelligence installation to the Service Pack 5 (SP5) release level. Service Pack 5 provides several performance improvements and additional web browser support (such as IE 9).
