从 Windows 卸载 CA Business Intelligence

1. 请依次单击“开始”、“设置”、“控制面板”、“添加或删除程序”。
2. 从程序列表中选择 CA Business Intelligence 3.x，然后单击“更改/删除”。

   CA Business Intelligence 卸载程序显示。

   注意：如果原先是通过无人值守安装的方式对 CA Business Intelligence 3.x 进行的安装，则请忽略步骤 3 和 5。

3. 单击“卸载”。

   卸载过程开始：

4. 卸载完成后，单击“完成”。
5. 进行以下验证：
   • 所有与 CA Business Intelligence 或 BusinessObjects Enterprise 相关的快捷菜单项从“开始”、“程序”菜单中移除。
   • 您无法登录 CMC 或 InfoView。

注意：在成功卸载之后，Commonreporting3 文件夹会保留在安装目录中。
