Synchronization of User Data in CA EEM

If you use an external directory to maintain CA Service Catalog users, do the following:

• Configure CA EEM to use an external directory
• Regularly synchronize the MDB users with the external directory users

Performing these tasks helps ensure that all CA EEM users have matching CA Service Catalog users.
