Find the Values of the Attributes of a Service Option

You can find the values of the attributes of a service option when required. For example, suppose you create conditions based on the attributes of service options. In that case, you can specify the values of the external_id, code, and keyword attributes as part of the condition.

To find the values of the attributes of a service option

1. Click Service Builder, Service Option Groups.

   The Service Option Groups page appears.

2. Click the service option group that you want to open.

   The service option group opens, displaying its service options.

3. Double-click the row of the service option that you want to open.

   The Service Option Element dialog appears.

4. Click the Options tab.

   The Service Option Element Options window--Options tab appears.

5. Find and optionally record the value of the attributes you want, for example, the external_id, code, and keywords.
