Edit a Scheduled Task

You can use the Scheduler to edit existing tasks that you want to run one or multiple times. Editing a scheduled task is useful to help implement procedures that have been updated or refined in your organization.

To edit a scheduled task

  1. Click Administration, Tools, Scheduler.

    The Scheduled Tasks list appears.

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon for the task that you want to update.

    The Edit Scheduled Task window appears, allowing you to modify the settings for the tasks.

  3. Click OK

    The Catalog system saves your changes.
