Upload a Document

You can upload a document to the Documents tree folder so that other users can access it.

To upload a document

  1. Select the Documents tree folder under which you want to add a new document from the Documents menu option.
  2. Select Upload Document from the Action drop down list and click Go.

    The Add New Document window is displayed.

  3. Enter the property values for the new document.

    Note: Click the help icon for more information about the properties.

  4. Click OK to save the properties of the new document and upload the document.

    The new document is added to the Documents tree.
