A Tenant Administrator can use the Services page to create, modify, or delete service templates that are available to the tenant. A Cloud Administrator can create, modify, or delete all service templates.
Note: Image and Product Preview files must reside in the liferay-portal-tomcat\tomcat-6.0.29\webapps\SSRMImages directory
