Manage Service Reservations

You can use the Home page to manage service reservations.

To deploy a service, follow these steps:

1. Select a service from one of the following lists:
   • Available Services displays service templates by organizational unit. To search for a service, specify text and click Search.
   • Most Popular displays the most recent reservations.
   • New Additions displays the most recently ordered templates.

     Note: A service can be a single service or a group of services known as a tier. When a tier is selected, you can change resource bundles from the Home page.

2. Set the start date, duration, and supply the required values in the Requirements section.

   A cost estimate is displayed for convenience. My Systems displays the counts for the current user’s reservations.

3. Click the link under the count to navigate to the My System page. To find a specific system, enter text and click Search.
4. To perform Actions , click the right-arrow in the Action column.
   • Deploy initiates a reservation request for the current system template.
   • Return releases the selected system.
   • Extend prompts for a new duration to extend the current reservation.

To view a service model, click the magnifying glass next to the service name.
