Installation With Rapid Server Imaging Fails

Symptom:

When I upgrade an existing RSI server, it fails without an indication of the problem.

Solution:

If you are installing the Rapid Server Imaging (RSI) component and the installation fails, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that you have a valid Racemi DynaCenter license.

    Run "rshowlicense" on the RSI server to check the license.

  2. Verify that the Apache HTTP Server service is running on the RSI server.
