Manage AppLogic Resources

CA Server Automation lets you manage your AppLogic grids, grid servers, applications, templates, and appliances.

This section describes the management operations that you can perform on AppLogic resources from the Resources page. The Resources page lets you view basic information and details about the following objects:

• AppLogic Grids
• AppLogic Applications
• AppLogic Grid Servers
• AppLogic Appliances

Click Resources, open the Explore pane, and select an AppLogic resource.

Quick Start

Perform operations on a grid or application, such as provisioning a new application or starting an existing application.

Summary

Displays resource information (for example, number of CPUs in a grid, memory allocation for an application) and events associated with the resource.

Model

Displays a graphical representation of the components of AppLogic applications.

Right-click an AppLogic resource in the Explore pane to open the context menu for the resource. The context menu provides quick access to features such as Discovery, Refresh Grid, Provisioning, and application and appliance management.
