Installation with CA Server Automation

This chapter describes how to perform a standalone installation of the SystemEDGE agent. When managing the agent with CA Server Automation, the best practice is to deploy agents using the CA Server Automation user interface. For more information about deployment, see Deploy the Agent with CA Server Automation and the CA Server Automation Implementation Guide.

A CA Server Automation manager installation installs SystemEDGE on the manager system by default. Deployment on the local system is not supported.
