AppLogic Prerequisites

CA Server Automation supports CA AppLogic 3.0 and 3.1. Review the following requirements.

CA AppLogic 3.0 and 3.1

The AppLogic grid controller requires WS_API_R12 or later.
Note: If your AppLogic grid controller does not have the required version of the web services application (WS_API), contact CA Support.
Verify that a WS_API application is provisioned and configured using the Application Catalog Reference Guide.
Set up ACL access to the grid for the default WS_API user.
For example, for a user saapi:
1. Add the default user to the admin group.
```
Group modify admin +local:user:saapi
```
2. Enable grid administrator access for the default user.
```
Grid modify_acl local:user:saapi=grid_administrator
```
