View Components

You can view a list of components for each managed system or service from the CA Server Automation user interface.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Explore pane, select the server or service for which you want to view components.
  2. Right-click on the server and select Verification, View Components.

    The Components dialog listing all components opens. For a service, all servers within the service are displayed. Select a server in the Service Detail section to display its components.

    Directly from the View Components dialog you can create a server or service snapshot. Click the Action button and select the Take Snapshot menu option.

    Note: If no components are listed, verify that the CCA Agent is installed and running.
