Server Management

You can manage single servers from the CA Server Automation user interface as follows:

• View basic system information
• Manage or unmanage systems
• Add systems to managed services
• View system events
• Configure SNMP settings
• Configure system metric collection

Basic system information appears when you select a system in the Resources tree on the Explore pane. The Details page displays information such as IP address, operating system details, memory, and CPU.

Right-click the system in the Explore pane and select Policy in the pop-up menu to create policies that automates actions on the system when certain rule criteria are met.
