ID Options Syntax

The syntax of ID options when used with commands is as follows:

idoption[(identifier[,identifier...])]

idoption

Includes one of the ID options listed in ID Options for MVS in this chapter.

The specified ID option determines the type of resource to organize the resulting report by.

identifier

Specifies an individual resource or group of resources to include in the report. The types of identifiers that are valid for each ID option are given beginning in Use ID Options with Variables and Identifiers in this chapter.
