SMFTIME Macro

The SMFTIME macro converts a binary 8-byte SMF timestamp into a numeric time using the HHMMSS format.

This macro supports two positional parameters:

SMFTOD

SMF timestamp, typically SMFHTOD

TIMEOUT

8-byte numeric, typically defined as follows:

8 N MASK(99:99:99)
