&NDBSCAN: Scan expressions, which require data to be folded for CAPS=SEARCH fields, use the code page of the NDB.
&NDBADD: Fields use the code page of the NDB.
&NDBPUT: When these statements add data to fields defined as CAPS=YES, the translation is performed using the code page associated with the NDB.
