Respond to a Confirmation Request

Following a receive operation, the &ZAPPCWR might indicate that a confirmed response is required if the &ZAPPCWR value is:

CONFIRM
CONFIRM_SEND
CONFIRM_DEALLOCATE

in which case the procedure can respond:

&APPC CONFIRMED

after which receive state, send state, or deallocate state is entered respectively.
