Control the Sysplex System Images

During initialization, the region loads Version 0001 of the system image that has the name of the sysplex that contains the local system.

You cannot control the operation of a sysplex system image. If you want to remove it during operation, you must delete it from the knowledge base.

To delete a sysplex system image from the knowledge base

1. Enter /RADMIN.I.SPX from any panel.

   The defined sysplex system image is listed.

2. (Optional) Copy it to a different version.

   You created a copy of the image, but it is not active because it is not Version 0001.

3. Delete the Version 0001 image.

   The image is removed from your monitors.
